Abstract Submissions

The deadline for abstract submissions is February 30, 2026. The deadline will not be extended.

Abstracts of abstracts will be submitted online through the congress website under the headings "oral presentations," "poster presentations," and "video presentations." The Scientific Committee reserves the right to change the format of abstracts to oral or poster presentations.

Oral abstracts must be original research structured as "purpose, materials and methods, findings, discussion, and conclusion."

(Abstracts related to case presentations should not be submitted in the oral presentation category.)

Poster abstracts will be accepted in the research and case presentation categories.

Posters will be uploaded to the system as e-posters.
Authors' titles and institutions must be included.
Documents demonstrating that the abstracts and posters have been presented will be provided to authors upon request.
Research poster abstracts should be structured as "purpose, materials and methods, findings, discussion, and conclusion," while case presentation abstracts should include "introduction, case presentation, discussion, and conclusion."

Once the evaluation of the abstracts by the referees is completed, the notification will be made via e-mail in March.
