CONGRESS REGISTRATION

The registration desk will be open between 08:00–21:00 on 9–12 April 2026. Name badges, certificates of attendance, and meeting materials can be collected from the registration desk.

INVITATION LETTER

Invitation letters to be submitted to institutions for congress participation will be sent to participants upon request through the Congress Secretariat. A central permission letter will be issued for institutions employing a high number of physicians. These invitation letters may only be used for permission purposes. Registration and accommodation fees of the participants who receive such letters are their own responsibility.

CANCELLATIONS

For participation cancellations notified by 2 February 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. Accommodation fees will be refunded at a rate of 50% only for cancellations made before 2 February 2026. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
